We will miss you Steve. Your beautiful craftsmanship and "I can't believe I am flying my dream and having this much fun" grin was an inspiration to us all. It was seeing his plane for the first time at Sun N Fun that convinced me that I needed to build another KR.
The last time I spoke to Steve was on the radio for a weather check just after he left Mt Vernon. He told me that the haze started to clear about 7,000'.
