I was most encouraged to see the shop lit up with a white position light,
green navigation light, strobe and a landing light.  Total current draw was
10.3 amps for the one wing.  Times 2 would be 20.6 amps.  Hmmm... looks
like my Diehl VW 20 amp alternator may be somewhat challenged for night
flight.

Your largest continous current draw will be the position lights.  
Replace your current bulbs with the new LED lamps.  The
landing light, your largest draw, will only be used for a few
minutes on landing and takeoff and the battery should handle
the load. The three position lamps will draw approx 5 to 6 amps
total. If replaced with LED lamps, they would draw maybe an amp 
or two. Use LED lamps whenever possible for cockpit lighting.
With a bit of planning, you should be able to cut your total current
draw to less than the 20 amps you have available.
