I for one am planning to offset the seat backs and have mocked up the seating arrangement in the boat, the plan is to make the Pilot side suite my body, 6'1" 185 pounds and make the seat back for the co-pilot (passenger side) adjustable up to 6 inches or so at the shoulders. Just enough to get the shoulders offset, this puts your passenger sitting up straighter and therefore limits the ability to travel with another 6 foot person.
