I have never had a problem getting a hold of Jeanette. She is in the office mid mornings for a few hours to do paperwork, I don't remember if it is every day or not. I think it is at least Mon, Wed, Fri. She will call back but can't always contact the person leaving the message either. Make sure you leave your phone number and what you want clearly on the machine.
