Like Don Reid, I have an 0-200 but I have a 15 pound starter and a 5 inch prop extention. I'm guessing mine would weigh in at the 230 pound range. Your 912, at 191 pounds would compare to the VW range of engines and, if it's the 80hp version, is the minimum hp to give you decent performance. Do your best to keep it light. Larry Flesner
