Don I know several people that have built their wings first so they can hang them out of the way till they are needed.If you have plenty of room to do this it should work great.If you do not have a lot of room you will find yourself moving them out of your way a lot or even damaging one if you are not careful.Good luck and I would love to have more details and maybe even some pictures if possible.Happy building...Bob
