Exactly. Not planning to pursue E-LSA registration (what a headache). I plan
to register it experimental amateur-built, and if possible operate as a
private pilot exercising sport pilot privileges in an airplane registered
under a standard airworthiness certificate that otherwise meets the
definition of light sport aircraft. It's all speculation at this point
unless I can find someone who's further down the path than I.

LOL. Apt description! I appreciate your suggestion regarding the Zenith.
Likewise, Colin, I'll certainly look at the Vision.

My original question remains... is anybody actively working on, or
"finished" with, a ("neutered"?) LSA-limited KR2S?
