>David Mikesell: > My question is why even try to register your plane LSA?
Exactly. Not planning to pursue E-LSA registration (what a headache). I plan to register it experimental amateur-built, and if possible operate as a private pilot exercising sport pilot privileges in an airplane registered under a standard airworthiness certificate that otherwise meets the definition of light sport aircraft. It's all speculation at this point unless I can find someone who's further down the path than I. >Mark Langford: > Before I started trying to neuter a KR2 to fit into LSA... LOL. Apt description! I appreciate your suggestion regarding the Zenith. Likewise, Colin, I'll certainly look at the Vision. My original question remains... is anybody actively working on, or "finished" with, a ("neutered"?) LSA-limited KR2S? ------------------------------------ Richard Rankin richardanddonya (at) cox (dot) net N328FT (reserved - as of today!) EAA 688891 Tulsa, OK ------------------------------------
