When you are ready to purchase those expensive push-pull controls, round knob type or T-handle type, go to your local farm supply store and take a look at the controls they have for tractors. I recently bought a $20 push-pull from Wick's and needed to get another one. Today, I was in the local Farm and Fleet store and seen the push-pull control for a whopping $4.95. The only difference was the knob was made of cast aluminum instead of black plastic. I bought it and will install it tomorrow as a carb heat control. A $15 dollar savings. They have nice T-handle controls also. Keep your eyes open, there are great finds out there.
