Got a quesrion.
A DAR I know tells me that the paperwork that they lead you to think you 
need is no longer required and all you need is an airplane and a letter from 
the builder saying he build it for pleasure.
What if you showed up in Cal. with an airplane with no numbers and asked for 
an AWC ? Would you be bending the law ?
I'm new to this so if this is a stupid question feel free to say so.
Gov. will kill old laws and not tell anyone, I've seen them do it.
