Dan, I dont know if this is what you are looking for... but go to the hardware store.. where they sell hoods for stoves. They have a metal mesh filter that is used on the hoods over the stove. You may have to cut it to the shape you want .. but the one I bougth was about 10x12.. I think I paid about 10.00 for it.
