I would trust the specs at Great Plains for best accuracy. Steve actually flies one (well, it's a KR1.5), and he's built at least one other ((I forget if it was a 1 or a 2 though). The RR specs are famous for being optimistic. There's no such thing as one particular airplane that can do all the stuff RR claims for any of their KRs, but if you had ten to pick and choose specs from, you might could come up with their spec list, but empty weight is doubtful even then...
