Guys
        Today N357CJ became a real airplane. After 9 years, 3 months, 8
days and over 3200 hours of building it passed it's airworthiness
inspection under the skilled eye of AB-DAR Bobby Thomas of Maryland. I
had very few things that he asked to be done to pass. In fact it was
drill 4 bolts and safety, sand a little fiberglass to clear the elevator
horn, and fix the engraving on the Data plate. He had a few other
suggestions that I will also do. The inspection was very thorough and
included taxi and full engine run up.
Everything worked as it should and he told me that it was one of the
easier ones he had done. Mr Thomas was very knowledgeable,
helpful and a very nice gentleman to boot. My experience with the AB-DAR
program has been very good and I would recommend it for any that are
having trouble getting a schedule with the FSDO or the MIDO.
Your all invited over to my house tonight for beverage of your
choice and group practice of YEEE HAAA's. I Feel one building up now.
No longer building- Soon to be flying,
Joe Horton, Coopersburg, Pa.
