  That's easy enough.  Make your own!  I used a computer cable for one end of
  the cable, (so at least one end was "factory" perfect), shortened it and put
  a radio shack D-shell on it and ran it between the TRT250 and an off the
  shelf Ameri-King AK-350 encoder.  If you need the schematic, send me your
  address and I'll throw it in the mail to you (it's 11x17 or I'd just pdf
  it)...
