Netters,

I live in PHX but today I was in Yuma AZ. I am a residential home appraiser.
I don't know if all of you have heard yet but a Marine Harrier crashed in the
back yard of a residential neighborhood of Yuma AZ today. I was 1/4 mi away
from the crash when it happened. But the crazy thing is about 15 minutes prior
I was about 300 yrds away from the crash site. I have a photo of the pilot
comming down. I have never seen anything like it. You can watch video of a
crash from an air show.. but never think of seeing something like that in a
residential area. luckly nobody was killed, the pilot was ok. reports state a
person was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.

On another note, thank you to all that have responed to my First Flight post,
and suggestions for a fix. I think the biggest problem to the entire situation
was the pitch of the prop. So I will be purchasing a new one 52/46. If
anybody has a lead on one cheaper than a new one contact me off line.
