Serge,
     I made my own wing attach fittings from the material you describe below 
and I got it from Aircraft Spruce.  Just be careful when you drill cut or 
grind. that you do not heat the metal and thus spoil or change the temper. 
The process will take a lot of time but considering the price of ready made 
WAF's, it's worth it unless you are wealthy it's a good way to go.
