Jaco, et All
I had weighted mine last summer with only primer and no wing tanks. They
were 48 # each. They are now painted and all lights installed. They are
most likely closer to 55# now.
I thought that I would get the plane to the airport today, but
alas not to be. I have started looking at things like an inspector and
kind of question every little detail. That is making me fix or clean up a
lot of details. I did get to see the Blue Angles this weekend - That jax
the testosterone up a couple levels.
One little trick I taught my self was while oiling all the moving
or rotating points I
carried the heat gun with me and gave each pivot a little heat and it
wicked the oil right into the bolt or hinge.
Any way I made great progress this week and will be at the
airport sometime this week
