Installed a fiberglass spinner on the Avid/VW.After 2 hours there was galling inside the spinner at the forward bulk.A slight vibration was noted at high rpm.Shimmed with tape and no vibration,no galling.Every preflight inspection includes prop and spinner.Screws optional.Fly Safe Tommy W.
