I did not know they were supposed to be installed by just stuffing them in
there. I always thought that they were to be attached to the spinner. How
can it support the spinner if it is just flopping around inside? I think I
must have missed something in this thread.

I ran a single piece of teflon tape around the front bulkhead to prevent
chafing and to ensure that it was a snug fit. 



The contributing factor to this event was the lack of a front bulkhead
spinner. Do not fly without one.



when you install the front bulkhead, install some threaded screws with 
nutplates to secure it.
