Orma, Joe Weber and I were discussing this exact thing today over lunch. He knows of a pilot who did not secure the sand bags he was using and one of them fell over on the control stick and did not have a happy ending. Make sure all is secure and can not move or fall over.

What type of weight has the group been using to test and where has the weight been placed and secured. My plan was to use some softener salt bags @40 pounds each. working my way up to 5 bags. I will use one as leg, sitting on the floor, two in the seat lying flat and one resting on the seat back, and the fifth leaning aft against the forward face of the fwd spar.
