Colin, what's up man....I seen your post a couple days ago where you made
comments about training gear tri-wheels. I almost replied then but bit my
tongue. I just laugh when you guys kidd about training wheels on an
airplane. Did you hear the last proposal from the FAA about ground loops?
There have been so many recorded incidents of damage to planes in the last
few years from ground loops that the FAA is trying to pass a bill that all
airports must install a slot down the center line of the runway for the tail
wheel to track in. This is very similar to the slot car track on kids race
car sets. Their concept will keep you tracking straight on take off  until
you get enough speed for the rudder to take effect. This would make take
offs in a taildragger a piece of cake. They are still trying to figure what
to do with you guys on landings. That was good!!!!
