While moving my plane I grabbed on of the cross members and it cracked! That is the worst noise I've ever heard. I removed it and will have to cut a new one. Good thing I got some extra 5/8 spruce last time I went to Aircraft Spruce. I finished one of the laminated spar caps, and will begin on the other one shortly. It looks very cool.
