Call the FBI 1-800 number and ask for the white collar crime unit, economic crime section. Tell them right off the bat that it is a crime involving interstate commerce, or they will put you off to the local authorities for action. Then do as they tell you to do, and be PATIENT. They move at a snails pace, but they do move....
