I actually thought it was a lot farther than that, After I asked the question, I checked the milage. I traded my 32MM Aerocarb for an Ellison. The Ellison I have is the EFS-2 and has a 35mm throat.

The trip from New Richmond to Marion is only about 600 miles or so. I gave you flight time but I did stop in Effingham IL (just near Mount Vernon) for fuel since I was close to my quarter tank mark. The actual trip took about 4:15 minutes but I had to stop so Im guessing at around a 3:30 in flight (had I not stopped) I was doing about 178 or so ground speed. I flew at about 6500 feet or so. Nice uneventful trip. I took some inflight video along the way. How are you coming on your project? Oh - do you have the 32 mm or the 35 mm carb?
