I have never tried to reuse it but I would not think it is meant to be used more than once. If you are trying to save costs of buying a lot of peel ply, try dacron from your local fabric shop. The only thing with dacron is that it has net been treated with a release agent like peel ply. Therefore, you must remove the dacron before the epoxy fully cures. Do some test lay ups before you do an actual lay up on your plane. I have heard several folks say they have very good results using dacron.
