It became my view after thinking about it for
sometime that there has to be a better way
to build these airplanes. Building the wings
on a jig just blows the old way of doing them
far away. You can maintain alignment accuracy
far easier and with greater precision using TET
AS series airfoil templates and you get the outer
panels out of the way now. I set up shaped and
glassed them in 3 months I also popped out
seat kits for Smith Aviation Supercub kits
spare time while I worked an 8 to 5er.
besides shaping the cores and glassing
them is a breeze with no fuselage to contend
with on a roll over jig. You can roll the setup
by yourself in 2 minutes. Keep me informed
