These kinds of problems are almost always an ISP's spam filter gone crazy, or just a flaky ISP mail service. Sometimes the mail server is slow, taking hours to send one out, but I've never known one to not EVER make it, other than the early days of this incarnation when I was throwing away anything that was done in HTML rather than plane text. One way to troubleshoot is copy KRnet messages simultaneously to yourself, and see if it comes back to you. If you get it, but the list doesn't (eventually), that would be interesting...
