So you hung them from a shelf of 2X2 angle screwed to the firewall. That might work, but I am running out of room on the firewall. I was thinking of screwing them to the back of the Diehl case if I could see a pic of that. Another option that someone sent me is to hang them from the motor mount.

I cut out a rectangular notch in the middle of one web of the angle so I had a flat mounting surface of the angle to screw to the firewall and two ears coming from it that I mounted the coil ends to.
