Hello Curt...
You seem to be pretty serious about this KR, and it is indeed a great bird at 
a great price. I am simply caught between the devil and the deep blue sea for 
space and have to make room for my new machine.
There are five other serious inquiries this morning alone about the plane, 
and since you were really the first to inquire, I feel it proper to offer it to 
you first.
