and check out Mark Langford's setup.  The biggest advantage of going
the way he did is that it keeps the balance weight further forward in 
the airplane. Depending on the setup, this weight could be equal to the 
weight of the elevator and amount to several pounds.  A small weight
all the way back at the tail can have a huge effect on the W&B.
