Has anyone formed a Delaware Corporation to better deal with taxes and liability? Right now, I am looking at a local LLC, but have not decided yet. If a corporation in a state that has no sales tax, and maybe no property taxes for corporations, owns the plane, then, no way the locals get any piece of you. Is that right, or do they have a way around that also?
