In my earlier post I didn't take in to account that you could go to 
full rated RPM at 10,000 feet to produce more HP but I still find it
hard to believe that you can produce 90% power at 10,000 feet
, even at max RPM, with only 65% MP.  Just a gut feel here.  
I'll not let scientific fact get in the way. :-)
