KRnetHeads, I've been rigging my ailerons, and cutting an access panel for my aileron bellcrank, which ain't in the normal place, of course. See http://home.hiwaay.net/~langford/04110539m.jpg for a glimpse of the "almost ready to fly" wing, along with outboardish ailerons and split flaps. Tomorrow I hope to attach both wings and do some weight and balance stuff, but I said that last Friday too.
Anybody want a Black Lab? Mine shredded another FedEx package today, the replacement motherboard for the one she shredded about 6 weeks ago. Never found the actual motherboard, but I'm pretty sure it's buried in one of the many holes now adorning the front yard. Unfortunately, she made a snack of the new 512M RAM module and the CPU cooler as well (in two other separate shipments several weeks ago), so my computer upgrade is just not happenin' so far. I'd have hoped that somebody could have trained the dog better, but having given up on that, training the FedEx man has been just as unsucessful. It's gotten to the point that when I drive up, I look for debris in the yard to see if the FedEx man brought me something. That's despite the two large shelves with huge flourescent orange signs that read "PACKAGES...dog will eat anything left on the ground". The UPS and USPS guys have quickly adapted to this system, and even feed her a treat from the Tupperware container, but the FedEx-trathals have yet to rise to that level. I guess the next step is a 6' banner, or maybe me and the dog need to take a ride... Mark Langford, Huntsville, Alabama N56ML "at" hiwaay.net see KR2S project at http://home.hiwaay.net/~langford
