Phil,

I'm using a Ray Allen electric servo mounted in the elevator.  I'm using
their LED position indicator but it failed at about the 20 hour point and
I've never bothered getting it fixed.  I never looked at it anyway.  The
trim forces are so light that they can be easily overcome until you
have a chance to retrim.  I take off with the trim set where it was for
landing and tweak it on climbout and then again in cruise.
