This is a little off that subject, but it made me think of when I was making the recess hole in the wing, for the weight. If you are using wing skins, decide where your weight will go and insert a block of foam in the area between aft of the aft spar and where your false aileron spar will go. It is very difficult to get the foam in there for glassing up the hole, after the wing is built.
