Paul, Go to http://www.kenbrockmfg.com/propext.htm to see what they look like and to get some information. How long can they be? I guess that is up to you. We are installing a 3" on a GPASC 2180 with a force 1 hub. I talked to Richard S. about that at the gathering because his is 1.5" ( I think ). He said that with the 3", we better not be doing a lot of high G maneuvers, so I am taking that to mean that we are at the limit or maybe a little over the limit in length. You need to decide what you want it to accomplish and then go to the minimum length that will accomplish that goal. We need to be able to get past the exhaust pipes.
If you are like Richard Shirley, you can build one. If you are like me, you can't. If you decide that you need one, let me know and I will get Jerry to tell you where we got ours. The price was right. Sorry for the delay in responding, but my ISP flaked out on me for a couple of days. "There is a time for building and a time for FLYING, and the time for building has long since expired." See you in Mt.
