Gathering Attendees,
I have forwarded to Bob Lee the cash flow report for the Gathering so that he may post it to the Gathering web site. Assuming that I receive payment on the hats and shirts mailed, the report shoud be within $25 of actual results. Two individuals could not make the Gathering and asked me to mail the hats/shirts to them and they will cover postage. The final cost of the additional trophy and ID. plates and mailings will be updated when I get the bill but I expect my estimate to be within a few dollars. Thanks again for all the help I received in hosting the 2004 Gathering. I will be attending the next airport board meeting, or express through the airport manager, our thanks to the Mt.Vernon airport board for our use of the airport and setting the stage for next years Gathering.
