Yes it was. Red Oak 2002. I could not believe what I was seeing. Someone at the banquet with a dog at their table. Then it got worse. They got up and took the dog with them through the buffet line. What were they thinking. When I got to Red Oak 2003, I alerted the front desk to be on the look out for them, in case they showed up again.
