Nasser, It's best not to have any closed compartments inside the wing as the air pressure changes with altitude can cause pressure to build. As these areas are sealed with the atmosphere pressure at the building site they will build pressure in flight and might cause a problem. The reality is it would be very hard to build areas that are complete sealed. Any small hole of 1/4" or just a few MM would be more than enough. Beyond that don't worry about it. Larry Flesner
