I think Trailing Edge Technologies (TET) used to sell them for $280 or so. I
don't remember because that was Dr. Dean's thing.  If there's enough
interest, I'm tempted to make another run of those, but it'd probably take
10 sets or so to make it ecomically feasible.  Without bothering to get
actual pricing, I'd venture to say roughly $300 bucks (yes, I'd probably
make a profit at this rate, but otherwise I wouldn't do it!).  These would
be made by an aircraft parts manufacturing facility that does this sort of
work daily.  I would either powder coat them like before or plate them with
something to minimize corrosion.  If you'd be interested, send me a PRIVATE
email to n5...@hiwaay.net with "WAFs" in the subject line.  If somebody else
wants to do it, that's fine too.  Just trying to help out here.  Also, I
won't guarantee delivery in less than 30 or 60 days either, because that
stuff's pretty much out of my control, but I'd do my best to expedite
them...
