Larry,

My name is Bill Page. I am a new member of the KR.Net and have enjoyed
reading all of the information and remarks. As I have stated before, I am
probably 99% completed with my KR2. All I need is paint to am ready for
flight. (After inspection naturally). I also own a Acro Sport 2 biplane.
Beautiful aircraft. A friend of mine was on his deathbead and wanted me to
have it. Cost me $15,000. The engine is a Lycoming 0-320 with inverted oil,
fuel, and fuel injection. Total time on the engine since factory new (never
rebuilt) was 160 hours. The Acro Sport had only 24 hours on it. The Acro
Sport is fun to fly if you are not needing to go very far cross-country.
However, in the late evenings when the air is cool, I love to just fly and
feel the wind over the top of my head, watch the earth roll as I do aileron
rolls, barrel rolls and loops. It is a completely different experience. The
Acro Sport is easier to fly than a Cessna 150 except when landing. This is
when you have to be in complete and constance control. Approach is 90 mph,
over the fence at 80, and then total concentration as you look to the
left-front for references. You have to look left front as you can't see a
blame thing in front of you.

Hope that I didn't bore you. I will be at the Gathering come September. Can
you give me a site that I can post a picture of my KR so you guys won't
think I am lying.

Bill Page
