Netters;

I know it's not Friday, but yesterday the X-45 made aviation history:

Today (1 August), the X-45 program made some history: both AV1 and AV2 were
airborne together. During the roughly 40 minutes both jets were flying, one
operator commanded the vehicles; a common mission plan was used for both
vehicles; and the coordinated flight functionality was successfully utilized.

Nobody has ever done this before.

Watch for the Aviation Week cover!
