Im working on the control system on a KR-2 taildragger project I purchased. The plans (January 1990) state the tail wheel cable should be attached as far forward on the rudder cable as possible before it enters the fuselage. Where would this be? Seem I have to attach it BEFORE the last fairlead -- which is only 7 inches from where the cable enters the fuse.
The second part of this question is HOW do I attach it? What fittings are used? Also can someone let me know what cable to buy? This is an older project which had been sitting in a leaky shed and the old cable was 1/8 inch. Do I use 7 x 7 flexible or 7 x 19? Regards, Rick Coykendall rick...@yahoo.com
