Netters: Now here is a fine example of someone with their perverbial Sh** together! Many builders would be able to answer their own questions, if they only review their Mission Statement. I'm one of those anal retentive (yese, I'll even admit it) few that rely upon a Mission Statement. If you don't have one, make one, stick to it. It really does help. OK, I'll get off of my soapbox now!!!!
