It is definitely not a showplane. The woman at the county advised it will take at least 90 days for them to re-evaluate the value and, that if I do not pay the bill before the end of August they will file a lien which will affect my credit. She said if they choose to change the value on the plane then they would send me a refund of the differerence. Who knows how long THAT will take.
