An interesting observation. That explains a glider pilot gathering, all 
wandering arounding looking for the best "hot air" and really not communicating 
very well (radios are just ballast in gliders as they affect your climb rate, 
in Australia it is not mandatory to have a radio in a glider. :-)

  Isn't that interesting, how they all stand in a perfect circle all perfectly
  spaced.  It must be a "formation" instinct.
