You want anal, I spent 45 minutes seting up a chop saw to make my vertical spar spacers exactly square and within 4 thousandths of an inch of each other in length. I have also have my spar caps correct to within a few thousandths. That is what happens when you learn in a machine shop, not a wood shop.
