The first KR that I bought, was advertised as 90% complete, and to a guy who
knew nothing about airplanes, let alone, homebuilt airplanes, that seemed
reasonable. Six years later, I took it to the airport and 3 gear failures
and about 3 years later, it became an airplane. I decided then, unless it is
flying, it is NO complete.

And, thanks for the web site. I use ours as a builders log. In fact, that is
what the FAA is going to get when I apply for the inspection.
