I'm assuming you're talking about the rudder and elevator hinge bolts here. I had several thoughts on how I was going to finish mine but I ended up leaving them exposed on one side. On the elevator I left the bottom exposed and on the rudder I left one side exposed. I made the access holes as small and neat as possible and on the rudder I painted them white on the inside. I can inspect or lubricate my bolts/hinges without any problems. Larry Flesner
