You should be able to get exactly the thermostat that you are looking for at any place that sells propane forced air torpedo heaters. We have been using these for years to control temp heat in new construction. They are simply a thermostat with a 110 power cord with a male/female plug end. Plug the thermostat into the wall outlet and plug your device into the back of the thermostat plug. The last ones I bought were around $12. I had one on 100 watt bulb inside a box to keep the epoxy at 80 deg. for several years. No need to reinvent this one guys.
