I have not heard of the GL 1200 Goldwing motor coming apart. But then I don't seem to be privy to too much information about anything.
I do how ever have a set of approved (by their standards) plans for construction. I have an engine, 1200GL but have not done a thing with it to this point. I do have a couple of planes to put it into. But I'd like to know where you heard of the one (?) or more of this type coming apart.
